This is a sales supervisor job in Kollam at the home of Pretty Nuts. United Cashews has processed cashews at Chandanathope since 2005 and supplies supermarkets across south Kerala on weekly routes. You will run the field team and the daily flow of stock, orders and collections.
What You Will Do
- Lead the field sales team: plan weekly routes, set daily targets and review the team's daily work.
- Own receivables: track every open invoice, follow up with stores and make sure cheques and cash reach the bank and the books.
- Match production and packing to stock on hand and route demand. Oversee stock counts.
- Handle key accounts, distributor and bulk-kernel enquiries, and prepare quotations.
- Onboard and train new field staff.
- Send a daily sales, collection and stock report to the proprietor.
Who We Are Looking For
- Degree. Three to five years in FMCG distribution or sales supervision.
- Fluent Malayalam and English, confident on the phone with store owners and corporate buyers.
- Good with spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based reporting.
- Valid LMV licence. Leadership and follow-through.
What We Offer
- Fixed salary plus team performance incentive. Salary negotiable.
- Direct reporting to the proprietor.
