This is a field sales executive job in Kollam with an established FMCG brand. Pretty Nuts is the retail brand of United Cashews, a Kollam cashew processor since 2005. Our packs sit on supermarket shelves across south Kerala and we are growing the route team.
What You Will Do
- Visit our retail partners on fixed weekly routes, take repeat orders and deliver stock.
- Settle accounts on each visit: hand over invoices, receive payments and issue receipts.
- Answer customer enquiries on phone and WhatsApp, share the rate card and catalogue, and pass on leads.
- Keep a simple daily record of visits, orders and payments.
- Open new retail outlets along the route.
- Build friendly, long-term relationships with store owners.
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent Malayalam and basic working English.
- Comfortable with smartphone apps and UPI.
- Valid two-wheeler or LMV licence. Based in or near Kollam.
- Trustworthy with cash and documents.

- Fixed monthly salary plus incentive on orders and collections. Salary negotiable.
- Travel and food allowance on route days.
- Day routes, home most nights. Training provided.
